Something not quite right? Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days.
Labels need to be intact and packaging unopened.

Can I cancel or change an order?
We understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable, and you may need to make changes to your order after it has been placed. It’s completely normal to have questions or concerns about this process, and we’re here to help clarify things for you.
Once an order is placed, our fulfillment center jumps into action to process it as quickly as possible. This means that, unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. We know this can be frustrating, especially if you realize you need to make an adjustment shortly after placing your order.

Make sure to include your order information so we can assist you more effectively. While we will do our best to address your cancellation request, we must be transparent that we cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed.
